RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with PMA Advisor! We hope you love your new book. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Our Commitment to Quality
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality paperback books. Each order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Damaged or Defective: If your book arrives damaged (e.g., torn pages, bent cover, water damage) or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Item: If you received a book different from what you ordered.
- Within 14 Days: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of Mind: We generally do not accept returns if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Please ensure you are certain of your order before completing it.
- Books with signs of wear and tear not due to transit damage (e.g., creases, spills, or bent pages incurred after delivery).
- Books not purchased directly from PMA Advisor.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@pmaadvisor.org within the 14-day return period.
- Provide Information: In your email, please include:
- Your order number.
- The title(s) of the book(s) you wish to return.
- A clear description of the reason for the return (e.g., "damaged," "incorrect item," "defective").
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect, if applicable.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send your item back until you have received approval and instructions from us.
4. Returning Your Item
- Packaging: Books must be returned in their original packaging or securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged/defective item, incorrect item). In such cases, we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's policies.
- Refund Amount: The refund will typically cover the cost of the book(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different book, please follow our return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired book.
7. International Orders (Amazon.com)
Please note that this return and refund policy applies only to orders placed directly through PMA Advisor for delivery within South Africa. To place an international order please visit Amazon.com.
