Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary. I understand that team-building activities, whether physical or non-physical, may carry inherent risks. These risks could include, but are not limited to, physical injury, emotional stress, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Health & Medical: I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and am fit to participate in the scheduled activities. I am responsible for managing any pre-existing medical conditions. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize event organizers to secure necessary medical treatment on my behalf and agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

Waiver of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge PMA Advisor, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, while participating in this event.

Code of Conduct: I agree to conduct myself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. I will treat fellow participants, staff, and venue personnel with courtesy. PMA Advisor reserves the right to remove any participant from the event who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior, without refund or compensation.

Media Release: I grant PMA Advisor full permission to capture and use photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me during the event for internal communications, promotional materials, and other official purposes, without compensation or further notice. If you do not wish to be included, please notify an event organizer upon arrival.

Personal Property: I understand that I am solely responsible for the security of my personal belongings. PMA Advisor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
